This has happened twice in NBA history when four player recorded a triple double on single day (not necessarily from a single team). On January 31, 1989, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Ron Harper and Darrell Walker each posted a triple double, this was the first time when four players had triple-doubles on single day. The second such instance took place on Feb. 25, 1999 when Mark Jackson, Jason Kidd, Scottie Pippen and Chris Webber each had triple double while playing for their respective teams.
