In NBA, not every game finishes within the regulation time, some went into the overtime periods as well. It is not a surprise anymore when a game goes into the double-overtimes or triple overtime as it has been happening fairly frequently in the league today. However, games that went into more than three ovetimes are still quite rare. Six overtime periods are the most played in a single NBA game. There have been one 6-overtime game, two 5-overtime games and nine 4-overtime games in the league’s history and all these games are listed below.
