46 – Magic Johnson (April 13, 1983- Feb. 28, 1984)
(Magic Johnson’s 46-game streak started in the last days of the 1982-83 season and continued through Feb. 28 of the next season. On Dec. 2, 1983, magic Johnson suffered an injury and missed13 straight games. On Jan. 4, 1984, he returned to action and piled up more assists).

He could possibly have the longest double digit assist streak ever if he had not missed the mark of at least 10 assists in those four games).
