NBA Players with most Championship Rings
At the end of the NBA finals series, the winning team of the finals receives Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy while the players from the winning team get specially designed championship rings from their respective franchise as a gesture of appreciation for their contributions in team’s success. Let’s, take a look at those players who won most NBA champions, hence got most rings.One thing more, only those players are included here who got at least 6 rings in their career.
Bill Russell
Bill Russell has got most championship rings than any other player in NBA. He won 11 championships with Boston Celtics during his 13 year career. One championship in his rookie season and remaining 10 in the following 12 years including 8 back to back championships from 1959 to 1966.
Sam Jones
Sam Jones played 12 seasons with Boston Celtics and won 10 championship rings. Along with Bill Russell, he was the major contributor in Boston Celtics Dynasty. He was known for his clutch shooting especially in crucial situations.
John Havlicek
John Havlicek spent all 16 years of his career with Boston Celtics, won 8 championships and as a result got the same number of rings which makes him the third player with most NBA championship rings behind Bill Russell and Sam Jones.
Tom Heinsohn
Tom Heinsohn played with Boston Celtics for 9 year and was the part of champion team on 8 occasions.
K. C. Jones
K.C. Jones, who was recognized for his tenacious defense, played all 9 years of his career with Boston Celtics and won 8 consecutive championships from 1959 to 1966.
Satch Sanders
Satch sanders played 13 seasons in NBA, all with Boston Celtics and won 8 titles, 6 in a succession from 1961 to 1966.
Robert Horry
Robert Horry is the only player who has won 7 championships with three different teams, 2 with Houston Rockets, 3 with Los Angeles Lakers and 2 with San Antonio Spurs.
Tim Loscutoff

Frank Ramsey

Kareem Abdul- Jabbar
Kareem Abdul Jabbar was a dominant force for the Milwaukee Bucks and later on for the Los Angeles Lakers. Overall, he won 6 champions in NBA, One with Milwaukee and 5 with Los Angeles.
Bob Cousy
Bob Cousy had a successful career with Boston Celtics. He won 6 championships in 13 years as a member of the Celtics.
Michael Jordan
Michael Jordan led the team Chicago Bulls in wining 6 championships with an unusual record of two time three-peat.
Scottie Pippen
During the 17 years of his career, Scottie Pippen spent 12 years with Chicago Bulls, one with Houston Rockets and 4 with Portland Trail Blazers but he is remembered mostly for his time with Bulls as he won 6 championships with them and same number of rings too.
